Return Process

  Select the items you wish to return and download the prepaid USPS or UPS shipping label provided by our system.

  Securely place your OLAPLEX products in their original packaging or a sturdy box to ensure they arrive back at our facility safely.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
